Hereinafter referred to as the “seller”
Only these conditions of sale apply to all sales contracts concluded between the seller, on the one hand, and the Customer or end user, on the other hand, within the framework of the sale concluded at a distance ( online) via the platforms ve-lifestyle.be/nl/fr/com.
ve-lifestyle.be/nl/fr is an online store hosted by the seller’s site www.ve-lifestyle.com. , as part of the online sale of vegan footwear and fashion accessories.
By concluding a contract, the customer accepts that these general conditions form an integral and inseparable part thereof.
- Acknowledgment and enforceability of these general conditions
The customer acknowledges having read and accepted all of these general conditions.
To this end, the customer ticks the tab for acquaintance and acceptance of the general conditions of sale when placing the order.
The general conditions of sale are available on the websites ve-lifestyle.be/nl/fr/com (“general conditions of sale” tab).
The price of the items displayed is expressed in euros, all taxes included including VAT, but excluding shipping costs, which are detailed in Article 6 of these general conditions.
The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood, however, that the price appearing on the e-shop on the day of the order or purchase will be the only one applicable to the buyer, subject to a display error, for which the seller cannot be held responsible.
- Return and right of withdrawal
The customer has a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of the order, without having to invoke the reason.
To do this, the customer must inform the seller within the aforementioned period by email at email@example.com.
The aforementioned information must be unambiguous, in accordance with the requirements of Article VI.49, §1, 2 ° of the Code of Economic Law.
The customer will return, in the original packaging and at his expense, the product (s) ordered, including withdrawal by post, the contact details of which are given under “identification of the seller” and this, in a maximum period of 14 days following the withdrawal information.
After noting that the product (s) whose withdrawal does not include any trace of use, the seller undertakes to reimburse the price to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the item (s).
The refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used for the initial purchase by the customer, unless agreed between the seller and the customer of another means of refund.
No banking information is kept on the e-shop server and the seller has no access to customers’ bank details under any circumstances.

If the customer were to pay with a non-Belgian credit / debit card, the latter must be valid for international transactions. Any commission or other cost related to the payment which would be invoiced to the customer will remain the responsibility of the latter.
The total amount to be paid for the order is indicated to the customer on the e-shop page summarizing his “basket”, ie all the elements of his order. Before proceeding to payment, the customer therefore has the possibility to check the details of his order and its total price online, and to refuse the transaction in the event of any errors.
Payment is due when ordering. The customer guarantees the seller that he is entitled to use the bank card used for payment. In the event that the payment is rejected by the bank, the seller reserves the right to cancel the shipment of his order.
Only the payment methods mentioned on the e-shop are accepted. The customer must provide on the e-shop, when ordering, the information relating to his bank card that will be requested. Online payment is completely secure. The information transmitted is encrypted and only the online payment tool (managed by the banking institution) has access to it.
Payment is the last step in confirming the order. The customer can modify one of the elements of his order at any time, before validating his payment. When payment is confirmed by the customer, the order is validated and becomes final.
The customer will receive an email acknowledging receipt and summarizing the elements of the order he has placed, to the email address he has indicated.
The customer expressly acknowledges that the transmission – in addition to his name and first name as they appear on his bank card – of his card number, the expiration date of the latter and, above all, his cryptogram constitutes a debit authorization. of his account up to the product (s) ordered on the e-shop.
The customer’s credit card will be debited upon confirmation by the banking institution of the acceptance of payment from the Buyer.
The products remain the full and entire property of VE-Lifestyle until full receipt of the invoiced product (s), costs and taxes included.
The delivery costs are indicated directly on the e-shop and appear clearly in the summary of the order prior to payment. Shipping costs are free from an order of > € 150 including VAT.
The delivery providers are exclusively chosen by the seller.
Upon confirmation by the banking institution of acceptance of the customer’s payment, the seller will process the order within the limits of available stocks.
In the event that the ordered product is out of stock, the seller will inform the customer within 2 days as to the terms of reimbursement and / or ordering of the product.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering on the e-shop, provided that the delivery information is correct.
The delivery time is a maximum of 2 working days. In the event of a delay, the seller agrees to notify the customer within a reasonable time.
As the seller has no control over delivery times, the payment of penalties or indemnities to the customer by the seller will not be accepted.
If despite everything, delivery could not take place, or if the customer refuses delivery, the package will be returned to the seller.
The seller cannot be held responsible for the proper performance of carriers’ obligations to the extent that the non-performance or poor performance of its own obligations which would result from it towards the customer would be attributable to the latter or to an unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the distance sales contract concluded with the latter or to a case of force majeure.
If the direct liability of the seller was called into question, the latter may be exonerated from all or part of its liability by providing proof that the non-performance or poor performance of the contract concluded with the customer is attributable, either to the latter or the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract, or a case of force majeure.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the two-year legal warranty is applicable from the date of receipt of the product.
The customer is required to inform the seller as soon as the lack of conformity appears and cannot contribute to the aggravation of the said defect.
The defective item must be returned, at the buyer’s expense, to the seller after having previously notified him by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer must clearly indicate the lack of conformity of the item. The seller will then contact the supplier of the products, who will decide whether the defect exists and whether it is covered by the warranty. If this is not the case, the products will be returned without repair to the user.
- Data protection
The seller is subject to the obligation to protect personal data. All personal data collected when ordering on the e-shop will only be used for processing the order. No use of personal data will be carried out without first obtaining the customer’s consent.
The persons in charge of processing personal data are VE-Lifestyle and Ms. Paulina FORYS, both reachable via the contact details mentioned under “identification of the seller”.
- Modification of the general conditions
These general conditions may be supplemented by other general conditions, which will be explicitly mentioned. In case of contradiction, these General Conditions prevail.
The e-shop can modify these general conditions at any time and without notice. Any purchase made after the modification implies acceptance by the customer of these new General Conditions of Sale.
In the event of a dispute between the seller and the customer resulting from a distance selling contract via the e-shop and, in any event, from the application of these general conditions, the courts of the judicial district of Hainaut – Division Charleroi will be competent.
