Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16 years. In the login environment of our website, "My Account", you must first register. After your registration, we save the log-in details that you have chosen and the personal details you entered, so you do not have to enter them again each time and so we can contact you in the context of the implementation of the agreement.

VE-LIFESTYLE does not make decisions based on automated processing about issues that can have (significant) consequences for people.
How long we keep personal data
VE-LIFESTYLE does not store your personal data any longer than necessary to realize the purposes for which your data were collected. The data will be deleted when it is no longer needed for the purposes for which your data was collected, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data) or as long as you have created an account that is active on our website yourself.

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we request that you send a scan or photocopy of your passport or ID card with the request. Black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport) and passport number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, within a maximum of four weeks.
